Job Description:
Assist the person in charge of molecular biology group to do the following:
1. Synthetic gene ordering and primer design;
2. PCR amplification, enzyme digestion, ligation and transformation, sample gene sequencing and result analysis;
3. Construction and screening of enzyme gene mutation library, identification of mutants;
4. Shake flask fermentation experiment of recombinant bacteria;
5, work plan and work report writing;
6, other superior assigned work, etc.
Requirements:
1. Major in molecular biology, biological engineering and other related fields, Junior College degree or above;
2. Experience in recombinant bacteria construction such as PCR, molecular cloning and DNA extraction is preferred;
3. Experience in microbial (e. coli or yeast, etc.) aseptic operation is preferred;
4. Have a certain English reading ability;
5. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, rigorous and practical work, careful and earnest.
